  2. As long as your cat is happy and healthy then I wouldn’t worry, cats come in all different shapes and sizes just like humans.

  4. I don’t think so, I have a cat that (I think) is bigger than that (not including tail) and he is a normal size.

  5. Not at all, depending on the breed and background on the cat it can be 30 in. if it wants to be! :P
