I have a small black cat who always seems to prefer to sit by or on black leather chairs, bags, black black clothing, etc. Do cats do that because it would be a safety mechanism in the natural environment to mingle, or am I just reading too in behavior Best Answer : Answer

All cats are different. My cat is gray, but she does not try to blend in with whatever else is gray. Her favorite place is on the chair or green white bed I bought.
